It was working fine in full screen earlier and suddenly it changed and i haven't done any settings changes.
On the other side if i connect the same laptop to my HDTV its full screen. The issue you're experiencing might be related to the screen resolution settings. PlayStation has already acknowledged problems with some TVs that will apparently need a firmware update from either PlayStation or the TV manufacturers to fix. This, I suspect, will be by far the most common cause of fixable PS4 Pro connection problems. This crucial fact is hardly ever made clear enough in either TV instruction manuals or the instructions you get with external HDR sources like the PS4 Pro.

Not running the most up to date software in your TV, console and even games could explain some of the issues people are experiencing. If you have your TV permanently connected to the internet it's likely you will already have the latest software running. It's more likely that you'll have your PS4 Pro connected to your online network permanently, and if you do it will have done a firmware update when you first installed it.
It's still worth selecting the System Update option in the Settings menus to check, though. Are you opening the Options menu when launching SE? If you are, try to adjust the SkyrimPrefs. Also ensure you're changing the resolution values iSizeH and iSizeW to the actual resolution of your screen.

Normally, the PlayStation autodetects the display device output and adjusts accordingly. When this process fails, no visible output appears on the television. Ensure that your TV supports these features. If yes, move to the next common issue. Are you using PS VR? It's a big hassle, but you'll have to manually unplug your PS4 HDMI cable and plug it directly into your TV or receiver in order to use higher-thanp resolutions.
Is this a new issue that occurred after a PS4 firmware update? If a newer firmware release is available, install it to see if that fixes your woes. The following process may work with some sets as it forces the PS4 to redetect the TV's settings.
Success is, however, not guaranteed. If it doesn't, your best bet is to pick p as your resolution, tweet your dismay and TV model details at Sony's PlayStation "Ask" support Twitter handle and wait. Try another TV. By using a different screen, you may be able to see if the issue is caused by the console or your other TV and you'll be able to access the PlayStation 4 's Sound and Screen menu and manually set the video output settings to a configuration compatible with your preferred display device. Switch the HDMI cable. Your cable may be damaged, even if you cannot see the damage from outside, or you may be using the wrong cable. This is especially true with HD and 4K signals.
Make sure your receiver can actually handle it and that you've turned on all the relevant settings on your devices that support the type of signal you're trying to pass through such as "enhanced mode" or deep color or HDR mode for some receivers' or TVs' HDMI ports. Inspect your HDMI port. Did you accidentally bend something inside the port when blindly trying to connect the wire? A piece of metal in the HDMI port that should be flush with the bottom of the port may be sticking up.
This prevents the HDMI cord from being plugged in all the way and can even damage cords that have been plugged in. The solution is to simply press the piece of metal down so that it was no longer in the way. With that done, the system now works as it should.
